This second floor apartment is located on Phase 1 of the Resort and has open views over the golf course, two of the lakes, the mountains and distant views to La Manga and the Mar Menor.

Upon entering the apartment, the fully equipped kitchen is located to the left. It comprises of a range of base units, worktop and wall units with oven, hob, extractor, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out to a utility area housing the gas combi-boiler and washing machine.
