We bought a penthouse in Hacienda Riquelme in November 2018 and closed the deal within two days.
The real estate agency xxxx from who we purchased it advised us immediately to contact and use Quattro Property Management (QPM) for various services.
We followed the advice and up to now have been very satisfied with their service (key holder,communication, reaction time, transparency, assistance, punctuality etc)
Some additional works have already been discussed which will soon be signed.
The owners of QPM really gave / give us a feeling of confidence.

Would highly recommend Quattro and the professional service they provide. We have had several jobs undertaken by them the latest being mirrored wardrobe doors which look amazing. No stress for us as they liaise with our keyholder so that all work is completed whilst the apartment is empty, always leaving it immaculate. Great communication , legal paperwork and trustworthy. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

They have always been helpful and efficient and when we have carried out alterations have come up with great ideas to enhance the property.
We recently had guests staying with us and on arrival they were very impressed with the way that the property had been prepared. We explained it was always to such a high standard when we arrive.

I don't think we would have survived our first few months at Hacienda Riquelme without the help and advice received from Andy and Ian.
As key holders their services are second to none and all works completed on our home including installation of extra kitchen units, fly screens, bedrooms units etc have always been completed to the highest of standards. Prices are always reasonable.
We use their services for entrance/exit and are delighted with the service we receive. Even to someone who is a bit OCD. We would have no hesitation in recommending QPM.

Snagging - Polaris World (La Torre Golf Resort).
Completing on a Villa abroad for the first time, are like most things, appear to be full of unknown issues and hurdles to jump over. Back in March 2007 when we were given our completion date on our villa in La Torre Golf Resort the only contact we had was our solicitor. We then found the effective and not so positive Polaris world members forum and after sifting through the information fond out about, or were rather recommended, to talk to QPM to help with the snagging; after contacting a various few other companies doing this and we finally made contact with Ian Davis regarding QPM services, and from that point on the whole process seemed to get easier and easier.
We then met up with Ian in May for the first time at our Villa to carryout the snagging. They took complete control making sure that not only Polaris but us as clients were in agreement with the snag list. All we can say is since then everything QPM have done they have completed to time and to cost. In fact we believe their services extended to go the extra mile to ensure that the whole process of snagging, utility connections and overall piece of mind that our Villa is on schedule and that all issues were being managed is a lot down to their expertise, persistence and charm.
QPM are now helping us set up the Villa rentals and change over services. They are continuing to provide an excellent service and in doing so we believe their friendly and flexible approach to their services puts them above the other companies who are doing similar things.

We have been using the services of Quattro Property Management since January '07.
Ian Davis has undertaken many varied improvements for us including tiling, painting, electrical work, plumbing, cabinet fitting, kitchen improvements etc. We have recommended him to friends who have had a kitchen refit and internal building work carried out, these now being regular clients.
The work is always carried out to an extremely high standard with the area left clean and tidy upon completion. In addition they always turn up when they say they will and carry out the work as and when promised. The fees for their work are highly competitive. They are completely trustworthy and we have no hesitation in leaving our key with them, knowing our property is in good, safe hands whilst we are away.
We have no hesitation in recommending Quattro Property Management (and have done many times) for all your property needs.
It's great to arrive to find all our work done and be able to enjoy our stay. Previously we were spending it looking for tradesmen, waiting in for hours, sometimes days and they didn't turn up. Fortunately that is behind us now.

I didn't know anything about the completion process and whilst browsing the Forum came across a number of people who have recommended QPM. I emailed them and it was the best thing I have done since looking to buy in Spain.
Ian knows his stuff and filled me with such confidence, no question was too much and trust me they had enough emails from myself.
Each stage of the snagging was discussed, so I knew exactly what they were doing and quite frankly I would never have noticed the majority of the snags that Ian pointed out. They have obviously built up a great relationship with Polaris because the follow-up work was completed in a timely manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending QPM and I'm sure the Key Holding service they are offering me will be just as good as the snagging service.

We would highly recommend QPM, not only for their snagging service, but also for their keyholding and extra services.
Our snagging at Hacienda Riquelme required a second visit before Ian signed off with Polaris.
We have also had lights, spotlights and ceiling fans fitted, an extractor fan installed in the bathroom and the kitchen worktop altered as the washing machine wouldn't fit underneath. QPM also changed our front-door lock and fitted locks to doors and windows. Our furniture and electrical deliveries were received with no issues. All without having to worry about any of it from the UK.
We receive regular updates by e-mail after property inspections and any questions we have are always answered in a timely, friendly and professional manner.

I used to own a property on La Torre golf resort and now have one on Hacienda Riquleme which I have owned since new. QPM are the 3rd management company that I have used and the level of service that I have received has been outstanding. I really can't praise them enough. Not only have they managed to deliver an exceptional service for my rental guests they have also managed a number of improvements inside my property.

Holiday was wonderful thanks and we all enjoyed it immensely. Air con was a bit of a pain - it's happened on both occasions that we've stayed in the house which has been a shame but we managed and your new management company were amazingly efficient. They kept in contact with us all the time and seem to be providing a first class service. Tim met him when they called to fix the oven or air con one day and seemed really nice and good at their jobs.
If you are looking for a professional company that you can rely on go with QPM.

In common with many people we initially experienced problems with key-holders, issues of reliability, quality of service etc., so the day that friends recommended QPM was definitely our lucky day!
Immediately, Andy and Ian established a friendly, professional relationship with us - their own experience in the property market, letting etc., has clearly given them a unique insight into the business.
They combine financial/managerial expertise with solid know how: doors stuck, plumbing horrors, lost keys - they have dealt swiftly and efficiently with all our disasters !
In addition, as residents they have built up a detailed knowledge of the region and have forged excellent working relationships with local tradesmen. We benefitted from this recently when our temperamental dishwasher finally gave up the ghost and we needed help with sourcing and fitting a new one. From the first moment of 'help'! to the installation of a reliable new machine, I think took about four days - now that's service !
So we have no hesitation in recommending QPM to anybody. It is such a relief to know that your property is in safe hands when you are back in the UK; and Andy and Ian communicate on a regular basis so any issues e.g. dripping tap are dealt with immediately.

We first met Andy & Ian when we were renting at Hacienda Requelme last year. They were helpful and informative and we enquired if they would be our key holders for when we completed the purchase of our property.
Having completed in December 2011 we signed up for the gold membership that QPM offer on their website. We have been amazed at the help and guidance that Andy & Ian have given us. Without their knowledge and help in getting all the utilities installed along with the many hiccups encountered along the way, they have made the process of setting up home less stressful. We were so unsure of all the processes but they have helped and completed on all the concerns and worries we had.
Andy and Ian have also helped us with various alterations on the apartment and what can we say but that they have carried out a first class job! Their attention to detail and help is second to none.
We would not hesitate to recommend the service that has been provided and would urge anyone that is buying or has already bought to enlist in the help of these two guys. It is very rare to get exceptional service these days but we can honestly say they do deliver above and beyond.

I bought through Ian and Andy at QPM and would recommend them very highly. They treated me, as a buyer, very differently from most agents. The process they took me through ensured that when I made ´the offer´I was fully committed and absolutely sure in my own mind that I was buying the right property. For a seller this means you have a lot less heartache and a lot more certainty, as their style of operating means they get very committed buyers. Their communication is exceptional and they are just very genuine guys who therefore naturally build trust with the buyers. I´d also noticed that they are shifting properties on HR extremely well at the moment and at and near to asking prices. A friend of mine has also recently bought on HR through QPM and I know he was equally impressed with these guys.
