There is a fridge / freezer, oven, hob and extractor. The sink is located beneath the window which has views to the surrounding countryside and mountains. 

A double glazed door leads from the kitchen to the open utility area which could be enclosed. The utility area houses the combi gas boiler and washing machine.

Returning to the hallway, the lounge / dining area is located ahead with the two bedrooms and bathroom situated to the right.

The main bedroom has built-in wardrobes offering ample hanging and storage space. French doors open onto the large ´L´ shaped terrace overlooking the golf course.

The second bedroom has built-in wardrobes offering ample hanging and storage space.

Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom comprising WC, vanity unit with washhand basin, mirror above, bath with shower over.

The lounge / diner is spacious and very bright, benefitting from windows on two  aspects and large sliding patio doors that lead out to the very large ´L´shaped terrace boasting views over the golf course.

The town centre with its restaurant, bar and supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away.
