This first floor apartment is located on Phase 1 of the Resort and has panoramic views over the golf course, one of the lakes and the Carrascoy Mountains.

Upon entering the apartment, the fully equipped kitchen is located to the right. It comprises of a range of base units, worktop and wall units with oven, hob, extractor, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out to a large utility area housing the gas combi-boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer and additional storage.

With a little imagination, the kitchen could be reconfigured to make the apartment an American style open plan kitchen lounge / diner, with the sink moved to the utility area to enjoy the views over the golf course. 

The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There is a WC, vanity unit with wash-hand basin and mirror above and bath with shower over enclosed with a sliding shower screen.

Both bedrooms are large and have built-in wardrobes offering ample hanging and storage space. The master bedroom has access to the very sizeable terrace via French doors and the second bedroom is ideally configured to allow for the installation of an en-suite shower room.

The dual aspect lounge / diner enjoys views over the golf course and lake with sliding patio doors leading to the expansive ´L´ shaped terrace which has been fully enclosed with sliding glass curtains and black out curtains to the front elevation. Externally, there is an electric awning that retracts into an closed cassette. It also has a wind sensor so that the awning will retract automatically as necessary. 

In the corner of the terrace is a large storage cupboard, ideal for storing golf clubs, sunloungers, etc.

The terrace looks directly over the golf course, one of the five lakes and is ideal for relaxing, dining or sunbathing.
